IECC Weather Alerts for RHHS Students Taking College Classes
If the high schools close and OCC remains open (this happens a lot), dual credit students are expected to attend their college class. If they have any issues with attendance, they will have to communicate that with their instructors. Please note, online college classes do not cancel due to inclement weather.
IECC will share on social media if classes are canceled, but they encourage students to sign up for the IECC alerts and make sure they select if they prefer calls or text notifications. Students can log into their Entrata account and select Alerts from the left side menu, and it will bring up a profile to set up (see below).
If parents are wanting alerts, anyone can sign up on our website for the community alerts option at www.iecc.edu/alerts. Let IECC know if you have any questions!
