Mrs. Gilil’s Consumers Education Students Placed

Mrs. Gilil’s Consumers Education students participated in The Stock Market Game this spring. Three students from the 2nd hour class placed 2nd out of 284 teams in the state of Illinois. The Stock Market Game is an online simulation where students have $100,000 to invest in stocks, bonds and mutual funds. Pictured are Jacob Tucker, Bella Weston and Tate Hulfachor with their certificates and medals that they were awarded for achieving 2nd place. Their team had a net profit of $23,149.82. Great job guys!
